Multi-Cultural Conventions

Chattanooga's cultures are diverse and multi-generational. Not only will multicultural groups find plenty to do at our traditional attractions like Ruby Falls, Rock City and the Tennessee Aquarium, they can explore Chattanooga's African-American Museum and hold functions at Bessie Smith Hall which is connected to the Museum. The Chattanooga African-American Museum has a reservoir of materials on almost any aspect of Black American history and effectively portrays African American contributions to growth of Chattanooga and the nation.

Throughout Chattanooga you'll find shopping at its best: modern malls like Hamilton Place with 200 shops, 30 eateries and 17 theatres to quaint old neighborhood shops. Experience factory outlet shopping with conveniently located Warehouse Row, with Coach, Ralph Lauren and Tommy Hilfiger. You'll find specialty shops for everything from candles to cookery to a store with everything Chattanooga!

"The staff at the Convention Bureau were most professional in following up with the hotel managers - we had over 300 participants and we feel that you helped us to make that economic impact." - Wilie M. Hubbard, President, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Statewide Founder's Day
