Chattanooga Visitors Center

The Chattanooga Visitors Center is located downtown at 215 Broad St. in the heart of the tourist district. We are open 7 days a week, 9am-5pm. There is parking available in the attached Shuttle North Parking Garage. The garage entrance is located on Third Street and will provide you with 30 minutes of free parking - just enough time to freshen up and visit with our Information Specialists.

Our Information Specialists will provide you with:

• Maps of the city and surrounding area
• Orientation to the city, including attractions, dining, accommodations and our free electric bus system
• Discounted tickets and coupons to many of our attractions, restaurants and accommodations
• Tips from how to save money on parking to using your time more efficiently
• Information on local events and nightlife
• A gift shop with some of the best prices on travel keepsakes and souvenirs in town
