Chattanooga, TN— An abundance of bluegrass entertainment will be showcased Friday, September 30th and Saturday, October 1, during the 10thannual 3 Sisters Music Festival, hosted by Fletcher Bright Company. Held at Ross’ Landing, this FREE, one-of-a-kind event will feature the top names in contemporary and traditional bluegrass.

The event begins on Friday at 6:00 p.m. with music by local bluegrass favorites TheDismembered Tennesseansfollowed by Mipso at 6:50, the American Brother duet The Gibson Brothers at 8:10, and, Greensky Bluegrass to end the night with a set beginning at 9:30pm.

Greensky Bluegrass, a five-piece acoustic string band, began playing together in 2000. Now playing up to 175 shows per year nationally, this bluegrass band brings its rock and roll energy to headlining positions at some of the country’s most iconic venues and festivals.   

On Saturday, beginning at Noon, local band The Lone Mountain Band will kick off a full day of bluegrass entertainment as the 3 Sisters Festival continues. Bluetastic Fangrass will take the stage at 1:00 p.m., followed by Hamilton County Ramblers at 2:00 p.m., Berklee College of Music Fiddlers at 3:00 p.m., Trout Steak Revival at 4:00 p.m., Chatham County Line at 5:30 p.m., Bela Fleck & Abigail Washburn at 7:00 p.m., and Keller Williams & The Keels, providing the final set of the 3 Sisters Music Festival on Saturday beginning at 8:30 p.m.

Keller Williams has been performing since the 1990s as both a noted solo musician and collaborating with a number of bands such as String Cheese Incident, among others. At 3 Sisters, he will be performing in his bluegrass configuration as Keller Williams & the Keels, a favorite now at the festival. Keller Williams & the Keels is made up of Williams, and husband and wife Larry and Jenny Keel.

3 Sisters merchandise and performer merchandise will be available for sale on site. Beer, wine, food and non-alcoholic drink concessions will also be available. The public is invited to bring lawn chairs and blankets, however no outside food or beverages are allowed.
