Chef Mike Adams opened Blue Orleans Seafood Restaurant in 2007 after leaving New Orleans due to Hurricane Katrina. Blue Orleans Seafood Restaurant serves authentic Creole traditional dishes with a contemporary twist. Chef Mike is known for his home-made roux in our Seafood Gumbo and Crawfish Etouffee. Our menu includes some of New Orleans most popular dishes: Shrimp po-boys, gumbo, red beans and rice, bread pudding, gator bites, beignets, fried oysters, jambalaya, and so much more!
