Chef Erik Niel, James Beard Semifinalist "Best Chef Southeast" 2016 & 2017, opened Easy's in 2005. For 12 years it has been a downtown staple. Easy's menu reflects seasonality in Southeast Tennessee with ingredients from Chattanooga's abundant local farms, as well as his french and creole heritage.
Entree's include everything from Braised Brisket, Lamb Shank, & Yellowedge Grouper , as well as classic bistro fare like Steak Frites and Shrimp & Grits.
Easy Bistro also features raw oysters sourced from all Gulf, East & West coasts. Seasonal raw fare includes Cobia Tartare or Tuna Sashimi. And it's all served in the dramatic interior of a century-old building, which was the world's first Coca-Cola bottling plant.
