Chattanooga is home to several higher education opportunities at universities and colleges in the area.

The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga is the largest with more than 10,000 students in Downtown Chattanooga.

Chattanooga State offers a variety of degree programs with training in business and impacting business and professional communities of the southeast.

Southern Adventist University is a co-education institution established by the Seventh-day Adventist Church located just outside of downtown Chattanooga that offers doctoral, master's, baccalaureate, associate degrees, and one-year certificates.

Baylor School is a coeducational day and boarding college preparatory school for grades 6-12. Demanding courses, exceptional faculty, and small classes are the heart of our program.

McCallie School is a college preparatory school for boys located on Missionary Ridge in Chattanooga.
